Section 1: Introduction & Definitions
Welcome to Meridian Ventures. These terms and conditions outline the legal agreement between you (the "Client") and Meridian Ventures Ltd, registered in London, UK. By using our platform or booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms. "We," "Us," and "Our" refers to Meridian Ventures. "Services" includes flight bookings, accommodation, and personalized itinerary planning.
Section 2: The Booking Process
A binding contract is formed when we issue a confirmation invoice. For online bookings, this occurs after you complete the checkout and we process your payment. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation carefully and report any inaccuracies within 24 hours.
Section 3: Payment
Full payment is required for all flight-only bookings at the time of reservation. For bespoke travel packages:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.
- Final Balance: Must be settled no later than 60 days before the departure date.
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to cancel bookings if balances are not paid by the due date.
Section 4: Cancellations & Amendments by You
Should you wish to cancel or modify your booking, written notification is required. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

Section 5: Cancellations & Amendments by Us
While we strive to avoid changes, we reserve the right to modify itineraries or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure). In the event of a significant change or cancellation by us, you will be offered an alternative of comparable quality or a full refund of all monies paid.
Section 6: Our Liability to You
Meridian Ventures acts as both a principal and an agent. We are responsible for ensuring the services we provide are delivered with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for services provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines) that fall under their own specific Carriage Conditions.
Section 7: Traveller Responsibilities
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you meet all entry requirements for your destination, including:
- Valid Passports (typically 6 months validity remaining).
- Required Visas and transit permits.
- Health requirements and vaccinations.
- Comprehensive travel insurance (highly recommended for all bookings).
Section 8: Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English Law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
